Fox's "On the Lot" is fun to watch
Fox's "Don't Forget the Lyrics" is fun to sing along with
NBC's "America's Got Talent" has all sorts of different stuff
NBC's "Singing Bee" is supposed to be fun
ABC's "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" is great, rerun or not
ABC's "Wife Swap" always gets me going!
ABC's "Just for Laughs" secret camera show never gets old
CBS's "Power of 10" just came out,"Kid Nation" coming soon
(if you have cable)
HBO - has alot of great original programming, and if you have 'Charter' for you cable service, you can see all their programs 'OnDemand', so you can catch up on what you missed. (I like "Big Love")
Comedy Central - "Daily Show", "Colbert Report", "Scrubs", "Mad TV" are always good for a laugh
Discovery - I'm not sure if you missed "Shark Week" or not, but they still have "Mythbusters", "Dirty Jobs", and "Deadliest Catch"
TBS - Original shows like "Bill Engvall" "House of Payne", and "My Boys" are pretty good.
If none of what we throw at you does any good, go to
www.my.yahoo.com
and set up your own TV guide listing of your favorite channels and shows.
And of course.....Pick any Soap Opera that sucks you up. Guarenteed to never re-run, plays every day, has something for everyone, and should you miss an episode, need something explained or have something to vent about, you can always come here!
Enjoy your summer programming!
Angela ;-)

I find very little on the TV schedule that I like anymore. I don't like game shows where other people try to win a million dollars. I don't like the nanny or wife swap or Big Brother or Survivor. Every time something new comes on; they run it into the ground so many times.
I only like America's Got Talent, America's Inventors and 2 1/2 Men.

There are so many good shows on cable! My personal favorites at the moment are...
Burn Notice, Psych, The 4400, and The Dead Zone on USA (for the latter two, you might need to catch up a bit on the premise first to really enjoy them, but you could jump right into the first two)
The Closer on TNT
Mythbusters and Dirty Jobs on the Discovery Channel
Meerkat Manor on Animal Planet.
I've also gotten into watching really old reruns, such as Whose Line Is It Anyway on BBC America, Profiler on the Sleuth network and X-Files on TNT.

I'm hooked on BB8!
If you have shotime, any of their series are awesome!
I love The Tudors and Dexter.
On August 13th, a new series starts on Shotime called Californication. It looks like it is going to be good too.
Also Saving Grace on TNT.

It's mid season so don't put your hopes to high I would suggest re-runs from a show you already like and to check out the new ones that REALLY make it in primetime fall and avoid all those silly schedule fillers

Everyone I know watches Big Brother 8 on CBS. It is on Sun/Tue/Thur. It is really fun and for 12 bucks you can get the live feeds which allows you to watch "uncensored" video NEARLY 24 hours a day.
