...public health care system as 'Ideal'...yet, do you suppose that's where he'd go when in need of surgery? Even Canada's system is majorly flawed....long waits for serious problems just to be SEEN, much less treated. your input please...

I think we need to arrange free boat rides to Cuba. And bus rides to Canada. I will chip in to help pay for all you whiners to move to one of those great countries. The USA is a Constitutional Republic. Not a socialist democracy. Socialism has already gone way to far in this country. I am not willing to give up freedom and liberty so the whiners can have the government do everything for them. The biggest money suckers in health care are the insurance companies. And Hillary wants to allow them to remain and administer the socialist health care system. What kind of stupid idea is that? The American government has screwed up every program it has ever started. And now the liberals want them to run another one. Not with my money.

Every system has it flaws. That doesn't mean we don't try and make progress.
No matter what I am sure you will be able to chose to have private health care, but what about the people who don't have any? Michael Moore has said many times that we must decide whether we believe it to be a right or a privilege to have health care. The answer is obvious.
I love what map said; we must remain open minded. We will make a lt of mistakes, but it will still be a step in the right direction.

I've been waiting 6 months to see a specialist for frequent headaches and accompanying nausea. And, it has been taking this long to get approval through my Insurance. Tell me again how long the waits are for Canadians because all my friends from Canada have never complained about that long of a wait for something serious. Everyone has complaints of their system, but I bet you anything and everything I own that Canadians, Cubans, the French, English, Germans, Austrians and other countries with universal health care would never trade their system for ours. They would be fools to do so and they know it. As far as hillaries health care suggested system, I don't know anything about it. Anything that completely takes out the Insurance company as the middle man and as the decider of individual's healthcare will be a good thing.
And, Information police is right, MM didn't say anything about Cuba's system being ideal.
So what do the Republicans suggest? Oh that's right, they didn't propose anything to solve this huge and growing problem that is confronting our country and our people. Why? Because they don't give a rat's butt about the American people unless they make over a million a year that's why.
Why do you think the government would decide for you who your doctor would be? Not one of those countries that have universal health care do that. People are free to choose the doctor they want anywhere they go. Christ, that's more than what my insurance offers me right now.
EDIT: Why are you letting Savage make up your mind for you? Go see the movie for yourself and make up your own mind. Talk to other people about their healthcare. Most Americans are behind a universal healthcare system.

Even Fifty-one percent of the GOPers said universal healthcare coverage should be a right of every American.

Michael Moore is an American Citizen and as such I help his staggering to return up with a end and then make a action picture to help it. I draw the line while he calls it a documentary. The hyperlink juandos provided is extra indicative of the wellness care centers I experienced in crucial united statesa. numerous years in the past and a a great way cry from the BS Michael Moore replaced into advertising. the only situation worse than a banana republic exploiting this is voters is a banana soviet socialistic regime exploiting this is voters and offering 0 in return.

We have a health care problem: over 40 million uninsured Americans, and out-of-control medical and pharmaceutical costs. Hillary tried to come up with something, and she was lambasted for doing so. Let's hear a plan from some brilliant Republican. The system is broken and needs fixing, big time.

No one has presented a detailed proposal so I don't understand how anyone can have an intelligent opinion, one way or the other. If we've reached the point as a country where we won't even consider looking at new ideas then we might as well pack it in.

Sorry, but Michael Moore didn't come close to saying that Cuba's health care system was idea. It is grossly underfunded, which he pointed out. Yet, they do provide healthcare to all their citizens which is something the USA can't seem to manage. So on that matter, they outdo us.
