I have endometriosis. It's been four years for me and no baby.
My mom had this condition and had a complete hysterectomy at the age of 53. It just depends on the severity of your condition. My mom's wasn't that bad because she had kids and that slowed it down. Mine is pretty bad and I'm only 26. Your odds are something you need to discuss with your OBGYN. He said mine are getting lower every year. Good luck.

1. Yes I have endometriosis. I've been dealing with it for 10 years as far as an official diagnosis

2. I am not married but I have friends who are and some have been successful at having children just with the help of having laparoscopy (my next door neighbor got pregnant about 3 months after having a laparoscopy to check for a cyst but the doctor found and cleaned out some endometriosis)

3. I have a half sister from my dad's first marriage that has endometriosis but not as badly as I do

Yes I have endometriosis. When I had my diagnostic laparoscopy 7 years ago I was told it was severe and I didn't have much of a shot at children. I went on Zoladex injections and had a laparotomy to put my reproductive organs back in place. Then I went on the pill continuously for a couple of years.

Anyway, 7 years later, I have a beautiful 8 month old baby girl. I got pregnant on the first try too.

There is hope and you don't know until you try.

P.S. My Mom had endo too.

Yes, I have endometriosis. I was diagnosed after having my daughter. There was question as to whether my mother had it or not. I don't think they were that familiar with the disease back then but after she had kids, her symptoms went away which is not uncommon with women who have endo..
