both solonoids work and i can take off the plate on top and it has fuel in there and see the solonoids activate when i put the power to then i also loosened the injector line on the pass side to see if i could bleed air but all i got was a small drip of fuel when they are completely opened.

On diesels they way they shut off is fuel is denied by a cut off solenoid (where the injector lines come out just above them on the fuel inject pump you will see a single wire going under a nut. Make sure that wire is connected and hasn't frayed off so just the plastic is touching. When the key is turn on there is power going down that wire to hold open the solenoid to let the fuel go to the pump. Turn off the key, the fuel is cut off.
So, take off the wire. and leave it hanging in mid air. Then go to cab and turn on the ignition lites on the dash. Now go and take that hanging wire and touch the point where it is suppose to connect to. You should hear a faint click and also you should see sparks as the wire touches the metal point. Power is there.(or not). If it doesn't go click then touch the wire to anywhere else to see if you have a spark. If not, it is the wire,
if you do, then the solenoid is at fault. Try this first. The next thing would be to bleed air from the fuel lines to the injectors.
