Yes, get the candybar phone with camera. But do get some kind of pouch for it, to keep it scratch free.
Emailing pictures to your email account costs one tracfone unit. The pictures are better than you would expect from such a cheap little thingy.
Flip phones you can't use until you flip them open. How handy is that ?

Depends on whether or not you want the camera.
Both are fairly nice phones. I would personally choose the one I thought I would like best as a phone, since I really don't need or want a camera phone.
