Dehydration can cause a wide variety of symptoms including fatigue, dizziness, and headaches. Any time you don't feel well, it's a good idea to drink some water.

If you meant alcohol, that's not a very good idea. You may feel better because getting drunk will take your mind off whatever's causing you to feel less than 100%, but it won't actually do anything for it. It addition, alcohol is a diuretic, meaning that it causes your urinate at a heavier rate, resulting in (or exacerbating) dehydration.
