Don't you get monthly or at least quarterly statements?

How many of those employers offered 401K plans? Didn't you roll them over to an IRA when you left the company? If you have several different opened 401K with different former employers, you could contact the HR departments and arrange to roll them all into one IRA.

No. This info would probably not be in one place.

Each 401k is a separate account with a separate trustee.

Did you cash any of them out when you left the job? Did you roll any of them over in to another 401k or IRA? If not, you would have to go back to each 401k trustee. If they have your current address, they should be mailing you quarterly statements. If not, you would have to contact each former employer and get information on the trustee. Good luck.

I don't believe there is one source and you would have had to sign up for the 401Ks at each job in order to have one. If you have more than one 401K you should roll them over into one. Find out who are the providers of each one, and then find out each amount individually, then roll them over into your current 401K or an IRA.(Make sure you roll them over...do NOT pull out the money or you will have to pay taxes on it!)
