I like 14 KRT because it dosn't bend as easily as 24.
And its much cheaper!

14 is going to be stronger than 24, because it has more alloy in it. 24 is more valuable because it has less alloy and more gold, which also makes it a softer gold. I would not recommend 24 in jewelry for everyday wear because it is so soft and is sure to bend or stretch.

24 kt is solid gold. 14 kt is 14 parts gold -10 parts other metal. 10 kt is 10 parts gold - 14 parts other metal. Thus 24 kt is very soft but worth more and 10 kt is less gold but stronger.

24kt is pure gold but most times other metals are mixed in to make it stronger. Pure gold is pretty soft and malible and can be bent & dinged pretty easy.

Depends on what you're doing with it. 24 kt will fall apart with daily wear.

I like in a ring to get 14 k. It's harder and less likely to bend
