What phone company do you have? If you have a pre-paid phone, they are usually like... 10 cents to recieve, and 25 cents to send.

If you have a plan, and you don't have text messaging on your plan, then yes, there is a fee for receiving and sending.

You know, some people start getting paranoid about their spouses cheating because THEY are the ones doing something bad and feel guilty about it. You should just ask your husband about the text messages. And if you don't think he's being truthful, just call your phone company and have text messaging removed from your service plan.

If you have a plan, then there probably isnt any fee because you are already paying a certain amount per month. There might be a fee if you go over your texting limit.

Yes, they all charge now. It just differs from company to company. I think t-mobile is 5 cents to receive. Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T I believe are 10 cents.

It depends on your plan, a lot of them have it for free but a lot still charge. Call your cell phone company to find out for sure.
