ya u can adopt them by clicking on the phone and then service and the adoption centre or 2 adults can have a baby but they need to be in love and put them both to relax on a bed and the click try for baby and u can only have kids on sims 2 for PC

Yea but you have to adopt them. After you live with someone for a while someone calls and asks if you want a baby. If you say yes a baby apears. After a couple days it turns into a kid. You can also get one when you first start your family. You can choose what they look like and what skin color you want them to have. You can also choose if you want them to be a boy or a girl. And, you can choose if they want to be clean or fun or social or athletic.

yes, you can have gets when you fool around in bed. it sometimes takes a few tries to get pregnant, and you can watch your baby grow older as time passes by.
