hi i have a project due like tomorrow about Grand Street in Manhattan locakted in the lower east side .... anyone know anything about this street or been here before ... i am supposto do an interview on the street ...

You needed to start this quite a while ago.
Try a Google or Yahoo search for background.
Then get your buns down there; with a recorder.
