It's a pretty common occurrence, about once a week I'm xraying somebody who has swallowed a coin, most of the time, the dr gives the parents some popsicle sticks and tells them if they dont find it in 24 hrs to give him a call.

I swallowed a penny and a rock when I was in kindergarten. I never felt it come out, but I'm sure it's finally passed at some point after all these years.

My mom swallowed a penny when she was little. But I swallowed one of those big beads that you put in your hair when I was 4. It felt funny, I still remember it. I pooped it out, I remember that too. Sorry to be a little gross there.
