No, I do laugh quite a bit, just before I pound my head onto my desk and wonder how we ever got to the top of the food chain. (Tigers excluded).

Now about your question. It has been shown that the cross-genetic event can happen with felines and zebras. Not common but it has been know have occurred in several occasions. These have been well reported in the National Enquirer with fairly good supporting photos.

However, I would be concerned about the physical aspects of the birthing process. Let's face it. A zebra is pretty big and a tiger, while very strong is fairly small.

So, I agree. Awww, is a nice thought. What a wonderful mix of the species you would have.

It's always nice to answer a serious zoological question. We humans must try to understand our animal friends.

Oh, and about the zebras? Watch out. They kick. Hard

Sometimes, but most of time of the time I just laugh out loud. People who take this site so seriously have never heard of Wikipedia, apparently.

Hah, I know I'm guilty of that. My sense of humor and or common sense sometimes takes a break. I usually look back later and go wow, did I ever make myself look like a real @sshole. Well, just the way it goes sometimes.

I hope you don't say aww to this answer...

One time I asked how to get rid of "skid marks" and this really professional sounding guy answered with a lot of technical info like "first you will need an industrial grade horizontal broom, acid, a permit from the city and traffic cones."

I'm like WOW!! Just to clean underwear??? He was so cute.

Good question. I will often say something totally off the wall (my way of being funny) but sometimes people think I am serious and it makes me feel bad.

Idiots or just people trying to be nice. I don't know

No I never go awww. I just think how unfortunate it is for the people around them. The poor folks probably can't hear for the wind whistling around in dumbdumb's head.

It is a fact of life, my catsister, that some people have no sense of humor, and have no idea when a joke is intended. Those people really do make you feel bad for them, don't they?

Mine turned into a prune a few minutes ago when people misunderstood my question about wiping the wrong end...*SIGH*.

Actually no. Even the silliest questions hold traces of seriousness somewhere in their nature. A serious approach is equally appreciated, especially if it's accompanied by traces of humor. You know, sarcasm is at its worst when it's serious so i wouldn't say humor is not compatible with seriousness.
