A modern sleek fast cabin cruiser with 3-4 boat hands operating it, or a slow 17th century replica sailing vessel with 20-25 sailors operating it?

"Sailing, takes me away...", I love the sound of sailing a 17th century vessel with lots of sailors on board (and I don't mean that in a dirty way...lol). I like the idea of taking it slow, and enjoying the ride... How about you, which would you rather pilot around the world in?
