when your married and bought a car together but the car is in only one persons name is it legal for the other person whos name it isnt in ,to take the car until you seek a judge?

If you are going through a divorce the woman automatically gets the house and the car, as well as a portion of your salary for as long as you live.

Depends where you live (state/country). Generally, there is a 50% share of property. Don't think there is much you can do until you see an attorney. If the car was in my name and the insurance was in my name then I'd be worried. If you are going to seek a divorce then keep records of these things. Hope this helps..

It depends on your states community [property laws (if there are any), you need to consult an attorney BEFORE you take off with the car.
