I mean like how many more pound are added to you?
Does this question depends on the amount of water?
If so I am talking about a Olympics size pool but only 5 feet tall

This hard to say. I not try to hurt feelings, but, it depend on Ballast/Weight and possibly Displacement. The more fat a person is the better they float (Fat seems to give more Buoyancy), but, the more drag in the water. We do have a natural flotation. In fresh water we not float as good as in salt water. Also, you can lay on your back, if you learn to float, you can inhale and exhale air to see how this affect your Buoyancy.
