If you mean the small hobby rockets look for kits from Estes Rockets. They are easy to build for beginners and not overly expensive.

Go to your local hobby shop, they have rocket kits for sale.
Find a local club that shops there;-} they'll have a range.
You'll get lots of good advice & assistance for peaceful use.
