special k breakfast, do 5 counts of 20 jumping jacks, high kicks for each leg 100 times. 100 curlups. just kcik box. eat fruit salad for lunch. lite protein salad for dinner.

I like to go on bike ride and pedal standing up for ten then I cycle hard for a minute then I stand and pedal hard again for 10 and repeat until I am really feeling the burn then I finish my bike ride approximately 40 minutes.
I also like to power walk when I can. So when I want a treat or a pop I have to earn it by walking to the store and back.
I take Apple cider vinegar tablets too with Chromium.

I do work out, but not extensively, plus I do things that cause me to exercise, such as walking instead of taking a bus (if the destination isn't very far), and at my job, I make sure I stay active and in motion.

Do some kind of excersise for an 1 each day. Which could be working out on machines, jogging, jumproping, etc.
Also eating healthy. You can't eat a dessert every night either.

Try running or using an elliptical trainer. With the right diet, the weight will fall off.

simple one easy word and one easy task and all you need too buy is four things you shouldn't need more than sixty dollars. its almost a miracle no super health programs, no expensive diets, no club memberships all you need is a pair of socks, athletic shorts, a t-shirt and a pair of running shoes.
now just run go until you think you can't go anymore then turn around and run home. easy
