thing you ever saw at a yard / garage sale? I went to a yard sale this weekend with my friend...and some lady was trying to sale an opened box of tampons...EWWWWWWWWWW

I was at one that had an older vanity type dresser really cheap. It had 8 drawers that were taped closed for moving I supposed. I pulled the tape back to look in one and it was stuffed full of underwear and some other stuff. I was wary of buying or even looking in the rest of them.

Well if they weren't bloody or anything, I suppose it'd be ok to buy them if you needed them.
Though I'd be wondering things like:
a) What made her decide she didn't need them all of a sudden?
b) How hard up for $ are you when you try to sell personal hygene products from your home (especially when already open).
This garage sale must've been in a questionable neighborhood, right?
I've seen people selling things like those little pottys for kids & other bathroom aides for handicapped people like toilet boosters. That's pretty sad when you resort to selling sick sh!t like that.
If you use it on your body, you probably shouldn't be trying to pass it on to others. That's just my opinion anyway.

i'd probably say the worst thing i saw at a yard sale was a pair of dirty stained underwear.
