-Leis are really easy to make. Just take apart the flowers and use a darning needle and sturdy thread to make long necklaces.

-Decorate a picture frame. Choose smaller flowers and use a low temp hot glue gun or tackt glue cover a cheap frame from the dollar or craft store.

-Make flower fairies. Use large flowers (like roses and lillies) as skirts, small flowers as hats, and leaves for sleeves. Use pipe cleaners for the body and large wooden beads for the head. Use doll hair if you don't want bald dolls, and paint faces on with acrylic paint.

-Flower hair ties are great too. Remove the plastic centre of a medium to large flower, taking care not to lose the order of the petels. Use a low temp glue gun to glue all but the very bottom set of petals together. Glue a hair elastic to the bottom of the assembled flower then glue the last petal over top of it to anchor it to the rest of the flower. Its actually very easy and the results are sure to please any girl (I'm 23 and I still make and use them)

-Glue them to ribbon to make a garland to decorate your daughter bedroom.

Pick out the yellow, orange, red and cream color flowers. Purchase a grapevine wreath at your craft store. Attach by wiring or with hot glue the flowers across the bottom, and part way up the sides. Purchase a small scarecrow on a stick, and insert him in the bottom, center of the wreath, among the flowers. Glue in place. Make a large bow to attach to the top of the wreath, bring the streamers decoratively around the sides, tacking it with the glue in several places. I'll give you a site to teach you how to make the bow. Good Luck. Happy Crafting.

We did the same thing for my art class. We ended up painting a city scene. We just painted gray buildings all bunched together with uneven tops and we painted like, a red sunset color over it. It was really pretty and easy.
