I'm talking about the plasticky kind that stick onto the shirt.
I've tried alcohol, scraping, and fingernail polish, but nothing works!

Those decals are designed to be permanent. I don't think they can be removed.

Those are made to bind to the shirt through 100s of washings/dryings. Good luck with removing it.

Why would would want to? Why not just buy a plain shirt?

LIghter fluid works. But be careful with it. Use cigarette lighter fluid or BBQ lighter fluid. After you remove the sticky stuff wash in the washing machine with soap as usually to get that lighter smell out.
