I bought glass votive candle holders to use as part of my centerpiece for my wedding reception. Looking for ways to decorate them to make them look fancy. Any ideas. If you have websites with pictures that would be great too. Thank you!

You could have decal labels printed with your wedding information on it. ( such as Bill and Jane's Wedding Day March 21, 2008 ). Frost them so the tea lights don't show up as much. Get some glass gems and glue in a design around the sides. There are glass etching stencils of small wedding doves available in the craft stores. You can get the etching cream there, with the instructions. There is also a glass spray paint in the craft store, that you could use to color the candle cups the color of your wedding. Place the candle cup in the center of a small round Batten-burg lace doily. Pull up the sides and secure with a rubber band, adjusting the gathers. Cover the rubber band with decorative ribbon. Glue white fused pearls around the entire glass ( available in craft or fabric stores. Glue flat backed pearls on in a diamond pattern. I hope you can use one of these ideas.

How about filling them with glass stones? They have very pretty colors to choose from too. You could also fill them with glitter or flower petals. Or you can paint them to match your color choice for the wedding. Paint designs or flowers.
