When i go onto youtube and click login, I type in my username and psswrd and enter it. Then it like refreshes the screen and it brings me back to where i just was. And im still not logged in. It is the correct password because i created a new account and it had the same problem. Ive had this problem for a week or so. This is a new laptop im using.

go to youtube and look at the support site, for FAQ you might be able to find out if someone else had the same problem and how they got round it,, or ask the support team for the answer
