No, it won't as these are running different systems between the two cars. Even though the motors are the same, the transmissions are not as well as the program for the ABS and body computer. All of these modules talk to each other so they have to be on the same page.

The only way the computers will be interchangeable is if they have the same part #.The # is usually found on the unit.Should be a white paper label.Even then it will have to be programmed for the vehicle.The engine size isn't the only component of the programing.It also considers the body type(in your case W for Grand Prix or F for Firebird),transmission,tire size,mass air calculations or speed density,and much more.If it can be done, you will need to take it to someone who can set it up and clear the system when done.

there is a possibility that it will fit but if u dont have the ecu reprogramed or ummmm icant think of the other term for it it may not work right considering some of the parts are different on the car and the computer may not send the right signal
