y-1/8 = (-3/4)x + (-3/4)(1/2)
add 1/8 to both sides to isolate the y,
y = (-3/4)x +(-3/4)(1/2) +1/8
Simplify the fractions,
y= (-3/4)x -3/8 +1/8
y= (-3/4)x -2/8
y= (-3/4)x -1/4
