If he wins the championship. He definatley will be called Sir Lewis Hamilton>If he does he will be the first ever driver to win the championship on his debut. But he might only be called Sir until next season. He's my hero. And he has set an example for the little ones out there.Meaning U can accomplish ur dreams. And I agree.

there is no denying that he has taken his chance but I feel a bit sorry for jensen he must be gutted that Hamilton basically won the lottery when he got handed the keys to the McClaren. I think it would be fair to say that any of the drivers if they had been given that car would probably be in a similar situation, Hell, my grannie would be in the same situation.

It is getting a bit monotonous though, because we tune in to watch F1 and get the Louis Hamilton show. Even the other drivers are constantly being asked " I know you won't tell us your strategy but what do you think Louis Hamilton's will be ?" It really is disturbing watching these grown men salivating over the kid so why don't they give him and us a break! I guess it must be unusual for England to have someone who actually wins something since every other sport is dominated by everyone who isn't English

I'd like to see him win the title this year but even if he does I hope nobody tries to slip him an honour just yet.

He's a brilliant driver, but he's also in one of the best cars around at the moment. Let's see how consistent he is over a number of seasons before handing out any gongs.

How about Sir Nigel Mansell or Sir Damon Hill?

if he wins the title for the next 10 years in a row, with different cars then maybe,i would think that just like jockeys in horseracing you have to be on/in a competative car and the real test of greatness is to win with a second rate bit of kit underneath you.

What is wrong with you people? He's only won 3 races so far and has more to prove of himself! Sir Lewis ma foot!

He is good, yes I'll give him that but he is not extraordinary or the king of F1. He's still a kid who's slowing becoming arrogant and an a55wipe

I think he's got a long way to go yet before we have to start calling him "Sir". He is certainly heading in the right direction tho!
