If you conceived on the 29th, that would make tomorrow (aug 6), 8 days post ovulation. That's a little too early to waste tests.
(OR, buy the $1 dollar tree tests...they are sensitive).
I tested at 11dpo and got the faintest of all faint lines. More faint than the examples of evaporation line false negatives that you see on the net.
Since then I got positives and more positives.
The two-week wait is terrible. I couldn't wait either, and took tests at 8dpo anyway. Don't feel bad...some gals don't get positives until 18 dpo, so test if you will, but don't get down until you get that far.

I took a dollar tree test (New Choice pregnancy test) at exactly 3 weeks from my last period and got a positive, it was pretty faint but it was a definite positive, I couldn't believe I tested positive so early so I went back and bought 4 more and tested myself over the next few days.... the thing was I ovulated very early in my cycle last month so thats maybe why I got a positive so early. However if you go to www.peeonastick.com it will show you pictures of the same test at as early as 10dpo that came out positive. Good luck

If you've got the money to waste, check once a day until the period comes or it turns positive. Always check first urine, right?
Best wishes

You could try but it might be too early. Try first response 5 days before your period is due, maybe?

definatly wait at least one more week, 2 if you can wait that long.
taking the first response will get you the best answer that early because it is more sensitive.
good luck!
