You'll explode on a person that doesn't deserve it. It will stress you out, and it will eat at you day after day. Gotta get it out!

Keeping things bottled up inside can damage you mentally, emotionally, and physically. You feel like you're going to explode on someone, and they may not deserve it. Stress can cause ulcers and other stomach and digestive problems. That's why it's better to let things out, whether it's talking your friends and family, or writing in a journal, get the thoughts out!

I have the opposite problem. I try to keep things bottled up. I just hate people's pity. Hate it. Find some kind of creative output: reading, writing, drawing. It really helps.

Eventually, you'll be extremely overwhelmed, and depending on the type of person you are, you could act on it in a negative physical way, or an emotional way. For example, some may commit suicide, or others might just break down and cry, act oddly with the people around them and so on.

i snap about the littlest things. cuz I'll keep somehting bottled up inside for a while then I'll order a diet pepsi and they'll give me regular I like go crazy. I just snap!!

You will most likely feel like you're going to explode. When I keep things bottled up inside of me, like having a crush on this one boy in my church, I just write it down in my journal on my computer or in my room... It's up to you to find a method.

A lot can happen. It all depends on the person and how they deal with stress. It causes a lot of tension and stress. Sometimes it can lead to outbreaks of violence and sometimes depression. It's not a healthy habit at all, yet many people do it.

you become an emotional wreck on the inside and finally something will set it off and you'll explode ((not literally)) but all the emotions you kept inside will come out at once.
