Use the equation F=kq1q2/r^2 where k= 8.9*10^9 It is a simple plug and chug. r=390603m

Start with the force equation

F = Q1*Q2/(4*pi*e0*r^2)

So r = sqrt(Q1*Q2/(F*4*pi*e0))

Now e0 = 8.85e-12 coul^2 Nt^-1-m^-2 and you're given Q1, Q2 and F. I leave the calculator work to you.
