Starbucks Espresso Roast

2007-08-05 13:37:33 · answer #1 · answered by Fleck 3 · 0 0

Well i have a small coffee shop near my house, in san jose, ca, its awesome, they use the blue bottle companies beans they provide 4 type of beans Bella Donovan(Wild and citrusy organic Ethiopian paired with earthy organic Sumatrian makes for a vivid and fairly complex Mokka/Java blend), Giant Steps(A blend of Sumatran and Ugandan organic coffees that is quite dark and chocolaty), Alma Viva ( blend of organic Costa Rican coffee grown near the Panama border and organic Mexican coffee from Chiapas, Alma Viva excels as a drip coffee), 100% Yemen ( This is an intoxicating coffee that produces a huge aroma, and, at this medium-to-dark roast level, it is one of the few single-origin coffees that makes an excellent shot of espresso). Well every morning before going for work i have a coffee there generally Bella Donovan or Giant Steps drip coffee, and its really refreshing. The only issue is that they are closed on Sat and Sun which is really sad so i have to go to StarBucks, they suck. By the way to try real coffee you should try out some local coffee shops and not something like starbucks, you can really see the difference between a good coffee and a bad coffee.
Whats your fav?

My favourite brand to buy is Folgers. It just seems to taste the best with our water. I used to buy MJB, but after I moved to a house with no water softener, it just tasted wrong.
