Rust Removal from Concrete
You should be able to remove the rust stains from your concrete driveway by using any of the commercial rust stain removers out there. Some are Zud or Whink, and they are available at most department stores. You can also try scrubbing the area with TSP.:)

Just a thought, but it might be time to have it re-sealed and have a color added which will cover the rust stains? Most concrete is like a whiteboard or a light colored carpet; instead of enjoying it and its functionality, all you tend to see is what stains and dirt are on it. If it were me, I would get 2 estimates, 1 to have it cleaned and 1 to have in resealed and textured. Keep in mind a typically acid wash may get rid of the rust stains but it can also mess up the surface especially if it is not neutralized properly.

Muratic acid works real well for stained concrete. Just be careful using it around pets, etc.

you should just put one of those two part epoxy finishes on, then you won't have to worry about anything staining it. they are heat, chemical, oil, gas, and grease resistant. if there is some pitting because of salt, or just old age you can get some concrete resurfacer made by quikrete. They are all easy to use and look real good. you just roll em on like you were painting. and the best part is that you can get them all at lowes or home depot. check it out:

if you just want to try to get the stains out, i would try Muriatic Acid. here is a website that talks about it:

thats what I use to get mortar off of my tools and stuff, and mortar off of a wall. here's where you can get some:

or you could probably pick some up at Carter lumber, that's where I get it

use CLR and let it soak on the stain. If it is stubborn, you can use a scrub brush and then rinse with water
