Turtles only eat in the water, so all food goes in the water.

However, water turtles usually neither need, want, nor will properly digest fruit.

u should put the turtle in a seperate tank if ur going to feed turtle turtles cant eat out of the water unless its a tortoise

fruit on the dry area, this will help the fruit stay fresh longer, and also won't aid in contamination of the water.

i put all the food on the dry part , i don't think it matters.
