in god of war 2, I need help on the level on that island fightin the dogs how do i get throug the 2 gates?

I think I know what section you are talking about. On the upper level, there are several skeletons and one body hanging from the ceiling. Knock them all down (because the skeletons have red orbs), and drag the body (the middle body next to the vases has not decomposed yet and will drop to the ground instead of shattering) to the rising platform with you and take it up. Pick up the dead body that you got from above and place it on the pressure switch. This will open the first gate in the middle. Now, walk over to the handle against the wall and pull it back to open the second gate in the back of the corridor. Let go of the handle once you've pulled it all the way back then quickly run to the back of the hall and move through the doorway before the gate closes again. To make it in time, I rolled through the doorway because it is faster than running.

It's been a long time since I beat that game, and your question is too vague for me to remember specifically. Great game though
