colossus is physically the strongest, but i think when the beast was with the old x-factor he was infected by apocalypse with a virus that increased his strength while dimming his intelligence. That beast could give colossus a run for his money.

Colossus then Beast then Powerman
Cage can only lift about 2 tons
Beast is around 5 tons (unless he's changed again)
and Colossus was nearing the 100 ton plus range years ago.

cage could lift a car, Beast could lift a truck, Colossus could lift either and throw it at you.

i would say colossus. beast is strong but he isn't luke cage colossus strong. again luke cage is strong but he never went to at it with the juggernaut
