I like Jesha, but, of course, it would be a lot more helpful if you would give the middle names too, unless Hsu is a middle name and not a last name.

I like Evonie. I think that it is pronounced e-Von-nee, sorta like the name Yvonne or Evonne (ee-von).

You should always choose one that is easy to say. Personally, I prefer the ones that end in y.
