When electing a president...?

Would you rather elect a president who has good virtues, morals and beliefs at the possible cost of a negative trend in our countrys welfare, or elect a tyrant who you know will keep our nation safe by all means and gain more land, power, and wealth than any president who served in office before him? What is your opinion? Vicious or Virtues?

I don't think either is a good choice.

Meaning well, but causing bad results, is not good.
Being a tyrant is not good.

So, if I had to chose between them, I'd choose the one who is going to follow the laws.
