i'd like to know what they look for. people with experience with talent agents please answer

Exactly as Rose says, be yourself and be energetic, but not frantic. Be prepared to do a monolgue. If you do not have one ready to go, you are not ready for an agent. They may ask you to perform and may not. I wish you would tell us the name of the agent. There are so many scams out there, we could let you know if this is one. If they ask you for any money whatsoever or say you are great, but you need to take our class, they are a scam. Say no, thank you, and leave.

you must atleast have something to put on your resume but not full on experiment and be natural well look like your pictures
have a positive atitude and dont bring your whole family with you pick one of your parents and have a good personality and dont agrue with the agents dont talk and talk about your self keep it short but keep the conversation going and just show that you are serouis but is going to have fun at it and remember never pay an agent upfront they make money wen you start 10%

Someone who smiles and is polite and seems like they have alot of energy... i've tried out for an agency and made it and i was just myself (of course somebody else when acting though : ) lol) Just try your best, you'll do great!

be yourself. don't be too over the top. do your best and stay confident. keep on the positive side!
