Personally, I think this whole "banning" thing running rampant today is BS... especially since the people behind it are the ones that would have been crying "legalize everything" or "oh, look at those evil Christians trying to outlaw alcohol."

Do they only smell when you are in there? Perhaps it's a question of personal hygiene.
