Girlfriend is also ten? Ok then, I'm a famous rock star. There, now both of us are 'lieing'.
The youngest I've ever heard a girl being fertile (having her menstrual cycle) is about eleven. If you aren't 'lieing' then don't worry, she's too young, and will miscarry... and then you can ground your son until his penis is fully grown.
Seriously now? I'm not buying this for a single minute. Ten year olds still think that the opposite sex has 'cooties', and ten year old boys still just get random erections. All of this? Highly improbable, and definatly a lie.

Why does your 10 year old son have a girlfriend? How old is his girlfriend? Wow that is scary. I would talk to his girlfriends parents and have her get it taken care of. Then I would seriously talk to your son and not let him out of the house without supervision. If this is a lie you are a sick person and unfit to be a parent.

OH my GOODNESS!!! Not sure what to say. Physically a pregnancy on a 10 year old body is very dangerous. I would seek medical advice immediately and unite with the girls parents to make the smartest decision for the 10 year old! Good Luck

that's crazy yo if it were my ten year old well we ain't going to even get in to if it was mine now lets talk about u thought real problems on your hands if that's true cause they may want to investigate u as a parent why is your ten year old having sex in the first place and why do u find its OK for him to have a girlfriend at such a young age where are the rules look talk to a psychiatrist dude u would get any help here if that's true so good luck cause u will need it

Someone is gonna have to think about the baby.
First off both sets of parents need to decide who
wants to raise the baby...and whose gonna be
responsible for the medical care of the child...
I knew of a situation like this...and one of the sets
of parents, took the baby and raised it, in the home
of the birth father. The baby never knew til later that
her birth father "wasn't her uncle"...
This set of parents was about 15 yrs old.
Perhaps the girl could stay with you, or you parents,
can have shared custody, or something...
Since both sets of parents allowed these Minor Children
to become Parents...then both sets of parents need to
accept some type of Responsibility for the upcoming
infant....

Talk to her parents, talk to him and her (be open and not judgemental, let them talk and tell, do not get angry etc). Take them to your GP. How old is the girl? He needs education urgently. She as well. Keep him under your wing. He is 10! Explore other things too (smoking, drugs, alcohol)! He should be playing sports, do childrens things! Talk to school. Could there be (sexual) abuse in his history? You might want to consider if anything else could be underlying. THis warrants also a critical look at your own role and of other significant others in his life. It must be a tremendous shock. Good luck and take care. NB Look at the net for support for young parents, teenage pregnancies etc. Report to DOCS etc

Well. My first question is how old is his girlfriend? If its a period between them of more than 4 years. She can be put in Jail anyway. But I'd say to you, Get used to paying Child support, Because if the baby makes it you will be paying Child support for your sons kid till he gets of age to get a job and pay himself. (If the girls family files for Child support only of course)Sorry to hear this.

what is your son doing engaging in sexual behavior? The girl is 10 years old she should get an abortion. They are both children! They can't be parents.
