Making your own perfume from scratch is very labor intensive. First you need to make an essential oil from your desired plant. Here is the instructions for that:

After that you just add some alcohol and water in the right proportions. However, you can make it much easier by purchasing essential oils already to go and they are very easy to find. Here is a site that can get you started in perfume making this week. I may even give it a go myself. They even have a link to perfume recipes for beginners.

well i spent over 20,000 Dallas on equipment that can do that! but you can soak dry roses pedals in the purest alcohol you can get. for about a week in a sealed container filter that liquid with a coffee filter let that air dry you should have rose oil
