What is she thinking?

I'm 27 and she is 18. we had been dating for 4 months and found out she is pregnant. I understand she is scared and confused about everything going on but she has just shut down. she won't talk to anyone not even her mom. She decided that she doesn't want to be in a relationship for a while and said she wants to be "friends". So i moved out and I am trying to get on with life. I want to be there for her but she runs and hides every time I'm around. she said I could be in the delivery room and she still loves me but she won't talk to me about anything. her mom and dad call me to let me know what happened at dr. appts and how she is doing but she won't.

She's 18 years old. She's probably thinking that she wishes she could take it back so she could live her life as a teenager. If you remember...That's what every teenager strives for, to fit in extra precious moments of adolescence.
She just is frustrated she lost this chance. She wishes she could get it back. It's hard for her to probably cope with the magnitude of this situation.

Well, for starters, she is very young and you are much older. 4 months of a "relationship" is a very short amount of time, especially when you compare it to 9 months of pregnancy and a lifetime of motherhood. At 18 you really can't grasp how easy it is to get pregnant... it's the "it won't happen to me" mentality. Perhaps you could have been the grown-up in that regard?
In my opinion, give her space...and learn from this.

is it your baby? well you know she may feel that you didn't marry her and maybe she dont' want this cause of that being pushed. maybe its not yours who knows.
