That's a question that can't really be answered. All I can say is, you know. It's not infatuation, it's not lust, it's not a crush. All of these can feel like love at the time. Here's a good link about knowing when it is love.

there's really no true way to know...and i know that's not the answer you were hoping for...but no body can really tell you how you know YOU are in love...your mind and your body just know..when they walk into the room and they haven't even said hi, much less noticed you yet, and you have a smile pasted on your face. when you can share your deepest secret with them and know in confidence they're not going to spill to anyone else. or when your just ecstatic to be in their presence without having a constant conversation....you just know...
