Baseball. It's the American past time. It's a game you can bring your family too, sit and relax, catch some rays and enjoy a good game.. not to mention good beer.
Football has become more popular because of the hits, the jaw dropping size of the players, agility, the broken bones and just the general violence in the sport. Not going to lie, I am a HUGE football fan because every play has something different to offer.
While baseball is more geared toward time and accuracy, there is no greater game than one played based on inches.

Football because it is to expensive for most countrys to buy in at the youth level and develope a base. Baseball has become universal from third world countries thru super powers. Baseball is a global sport now.

definitely baseball...it is called the great american past time. and even if you're not a baseball fan, most americans just go for a good time. football...not so much. well for me anyway. baseball is simple to follow and fun to watch. the same cannot be said for football.

I'd have to say baseball, it has been dubbed "Americas' Pastime" for years and I think it's on the rise again. People might say that steroids "ruined" baseball, but I think that it actually brought it back into the news. Don't get me wrong I LOVE football, but baseball seems more sophisticated to me.

Most people would say baseball, which id mostly have to agree. But there are more american born players in the NFL really. MLB has been taken over by japanese and latino players.
