Money drives us to get up in the morning to go to work. We are driven to earn money because we need it to maintain our way of life. Food and shelter, entertainment, etc. I also think we are driven to do something with our lives, if we got up and did nothing everyday our lives would be pointless - doing something productive gives us a sense of worth.

Curiosity....we as a peoples just have to get up to see what is around that next corner, down that next mile, and to expand upon knowledge as we know and understand it.
For some like a thirst for knowledge that cannot be quenched and we look forward to open our eyes to a new day to take that first drink of the day.

Without work you will go crazy, hungry, homeless and broke. Going to work and keeping yourself in a regular schedule are a foundation of a healthy life.

mostly money , some like thier work [ like me ] some to escape home , some to get something to do , some to annoy others [ like my boss and me back at him lool ]

I would guess that it's because we want to eat ourselves, feed our families, and see that they have decent housing and an education.
