when they were YOUNGER they would CUT their barbie dolls hair... it would turn out hidious!....lol My sister use to do that all the time, I never understood it... could you explain it to me?

I did that, too, and I can't explain it. Maybe it was an attempt to try out a haircut I thought I'd like? Who knows. But you're right - it always turned out hideous.

It was fun pretending to be a hairdresser! I had so many barbies with their hair cut off! What you do is give her a little trim and then it's a little crooked so you try to even it up... well you get the idea. Now it's all gone! lol

I don't think this now... BUT... When I was I kid, I thought that the barbie doll's hair would grow back... When it did not grow back, you would try to get a barbie doll head from someone who had not yet cut its hair...

I was a punk rocker for Halloween when I was a freshman in high school. My sister had a doll whose hair we cut into a mohawk and colored green with food coloring! We stuck safety pins through her ears and drew tattoos on her arms with a Sharpie and I carried her to school with me on Halloween!

Idk.I remember doing that to my Barbie's hair,then moved on to cutting my sister's hair.I was grounded for a month,I think.

I used to style my Barbies hair.... and if it didn't turn out right .. well have you ever seen a bald Barbie she looks ridiculous.

I never did it. I didn't want to mess it up. I liked it long and pretty, and knew if I did it would really mess it up. However my a hole brother did cut their hair and he also wrote on them. Why do boys when they are younger torture us little sisters?
He put mudd down my pants numerous times, ran me over with his mini bike, and chased me on it every chance he got. Pause, let me go kick his azz for him now.

i think the concept of cause and effect didn't really stick :) my sister and i only did it to our generic barbies (yes there is such a thing) but that one always ended up being the one neither of us wanted to play with
