I believe it's the combination of your body chemicals along with your deodorant that causes the stains. Have you ever tried using Cascade/for dishwashers? It has a whitening agent and is used by some cleaners and laundry centers/DIY..as well as clothing manufacturers for in production line mishaps.

What Is Sweat And Perspiration?
http://www.mrscleannw.com/tips/sweat-perspiration-deodorant.html
Believe it or not (and you should believe it), sweat (perspiration) is very similar to urine. Both contain “urea” – described as the end product of protein decomposition and key component in mammal (human and animal) urine. The difference is that the amount of urea in perspiration is very dilute, 1/130th, compared to the concentration in urine

Deodorant and Perspiration Stain Removal
Yellow underarm shirt stains are likely caused by a combination of deodorant and perspiration. Many deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum salts. When these salts are combined with laundry detergent, especially in cooler water settings, they are not easily dissolved, and they remain on the fabric.
To remove the stains, try soaking the shirts in warm water with an enzyme pre-soak product or rubbing the soiled area with white vinegar. Wash in the hottest water safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, dampen and sprinkle stain with meat tenderizer. Let stand for about an hour, and launder again.
To avoid new stains from forming, always wash the shirts in the hottest water safe for the fabric. Also, allow antiperspirant to dry completely before dressing....:)

Use a a deodorant that isn't an antiperspirant. The aluminum in antiperspirant is what leaves yellow stains on white outfits. frequently you will could purchase an all organic or organic and organic deodorant...in basic terms be certain it is not an antiperspirant.

Clothes stain because of bodily proteins in perspiration that react with the anti-perspirant.
Try using hydrogen peroxide in half solution with water, soak for 30 minutes then wash and air dry. If stain is still there then soak 30 minutes in hydrogen peroxide at full strength then wash and air dry.
This should do the trick.
