1)
program the number to every pizza place within delivery area into your cell phone (you know you're gonna have buddies over, and you gotta order pizza)
2) Make sure you know the location and phone numbers of any facility that sells beer and/or liquor within driving distance. (You wanna make sure they have your beer there before venturing out on a beer run)
3) Start practicing early. Drink as much as possible before the season starts. You don't wanna look like a lightweight in front of your friends.
4) Become an alcohol coneissuer (sp?). Try out all kinds of beers to find the one that most works for you.
5) Stop working out. If you want that sexy beer belly body, you gotta work at it.

Drink water, juice, milk,tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or chocolate milk and gatorade. that is the best stuff for you for a season of drinking, no hang overs with that stuff, the other stuff isn't good for the body or the soul. If you don't believe me, ASK A NURSE or a doctor. lol

I've been in training for 4 weeks now...you been missing one hell of a preseason warmup...didn't Coach tell you we were starting after the fireworks on the fourth? Hell, they replaced the gatorade with Bud Light!

well, you could cut down on the carbs in your diet... the beer should replace those (is it going to be beer?)
otherwise, better keep up with those crunches and weight lifting
