I have a 1990 suzuki katana 600, the problem is the petcock on the bike. Its made up of
1 aluminum housing
1 plastic spacer
1 gasket
1 diaphram

The problem is that there is gas shooting out of the plastic spacer! Everytime you pull back on the throttle, the gas shoots out in a nice stream? I need some quality advice on what to do! We put it back together and took it back off like 10 times and it keeps leaking. We put a new rubber seal in it and everything. Please Help

There might be a hair-line crack, or groove in the petcock, or spacer.
To small to see with the naked eye.
Inspect the stuff with a magnifying glass.
If you want to get technical, paint the flat surfaces with "dye-chem blue" and rub the parts on a surface plate to locate any deformities.
Say to the petcock "I surrender" and buy a new one.
I know they're expensive.
Search the web for "motorcycle salvage" and call around to locate a used one and search EBay.
