Last night I stayed up on YouTube till 3am. I work third shift and usually am up late. I'm on vacation this week so I have nothing better to do until we leave to go rafting. Anyways. She got mad at me for staying up late. Saying that her last gf cheated on her and did the same thing by staying up late. Whatever. I'm angry that she is mad about this. We've been together 2 yrs. Tomorrow is our two year anniversary. I feel that I should be able to do what I want without her questioning me, just cuz someone else did something to her. Should I apologize for something I didnt do wrong, or should she get over it!?

that is called immaturity. its sad but she feels she owns you and does't trust you and why i dont' knw. maybe jealousy is there and it rears its ugly head now and then its bad because that isn't what one would like to be there. honest and trusting are what you need.

apologize to her that it made her angry but point out you are not her last gf and she should trust you more also ask if she wants to watch these shows w/ you.... also apologising would make the whole matter easier there is no need to allow a break u over a small reason.

hmm . . . personally, i don't think that you should apologize. i mean you didn't do anything wrong and i'm assuming that you didn't know about the person that cheated on her. maybe you should just do something special for her, for your anniversary, and talk things out with her. tell her how you feel (just cuz someone else did something doesn't mean that you will). best of luck, and congrats on your two years

i just broke up with my bf for accusing me for cheated and and getting mad for the same reason. personally, i don't tolerate being with someone that doesn't trust me. after i broke up with him he bought me roses and even a ring. i still wouldn't get back with him. he had been cheated on and thought i would do the same. trust is the most important thing in a relationship. without that you have nothing

If you two have been together for two years. you should be sensitive towards her feelings. Obivously she had been hurt by someone who did the same thing and cheated on her. You need to reassure her that you love her and tell she's got to trust you and don't hide your activities from her.

I know how you feel Im a lesbian too & my girl wont let me work at a certain place because her last girlfriend work in the same indurstry & left her for a guy, she is so concerned im going to leave her, you shouldn't apologise but you need to let her know that your not her ex, your not leaving her for anyone & she needs to stop comparing you to her ex

being the fact that you two are together for two years you should know how each of you are by now. she should trust, you should be more understanding of where she comes from. the whole lot.
