SATELLITE:

PROS - Many channels of radio stations with different formats, some of which are not on terrestrial radio. No commercials (or in some channels limited commercials).

CONS - Subscription fee, which really isn't expensive.

INTERNET RADIO:

PROS - Very specialized channels mainly programmed by fans of a certain musical genre, more "mom and pop". No subscription fee.

CONS - You may not have much time to listen in to these stations since the Copyright Royalty Board wants to whack exorbitant fees on the licensing music of these stations. Since the majority of these broadcasters don't have any sort of income coming from this, this would shut them down.

Satelite radio? Con, you have to pay for it. Pro, no commercials...

Internet radio? Not on long enough to really care, especially since I have 50 gigs of music on the computer already...

Regular radio? I like the contests, free concert tickets and other swag is pretty cool.

Well satellite radio and internet radio doesn't have the stupid fcc guidelines to follow. I think that fact that you can speak your mind makes satellite and internet better than terrestrial radio. However terrestrial radio is free and satellite is not. Plus some people don't have computers so they can't get internet radio. Plus if you have dial up then FORGET IT!!!lol.....But overall goes to satellite and internet.
